Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

The borough of Hasbrouck Heights is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Midtown Manhattan making it an inner-ring suburb of New York City. The original area that would become the borough, had been known a Corona from the mid-1800s and grew up around 2 railroad stations. The name "Hasbrouck" was chosen in 1889 to honor Jacob Dillon Hasbrouck, general manager of the New Jersey and New York Railroad.

Hasbrouck Heights borders the cities of Hackensack, Lodi, Moonachie, Teterboro & Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, with Teterboro Airport on the eastern border.

One of the most notable residents of Hasbrouck Heights was singer and actor, Frank Sinatra. Other famous residents include actor Jason Biggs, former Indianapolis Colts & New Orleans Saints tight end Scott Slutzker and former 2 time Super Bowl Champion head coach Bill Parcells.
