Tempranillo
Taste: Cherry, dried fig, cedar, tobacco & dill.
Style: Medium-full body, semi-dry, medium-high acidity. Best served between 60-68ºF (15-20ºC)
Description: Spain's top red wine, made famous by Rioja where wines are classified by length of aging in oak.
Food Pairing: Bolder aged Tempranillo pairs nicely with steak, gourmet burgers & rack of lamb. Fresher styles match well with baked pasta & other tomato-based dishes.
