Description: The region's most famous wine, Amarone della Valpolicella, partially dries grapes to increase concentration while Covina is the darling grape of the Valpo blend & known for its cherry & chocolate flavors.

Food Pairing: Burgers & roast chicken with simple wines. Finer styles best with braised meats, steaks, mushrooms & aged cheeses.
