Malbec

Taste: Red plum, blackberry, vanilla, cocoa & sweet tobacco

Style: Semi-dry, full body, Medium- Low acid, Medium tannins. Best decanted for 30 minutes before consumption and served at room temperature (60-68ºF)

Description: Argentina's most important variety by way of France. Malbec wines are loved for their rich, dark fruit flavors and chocolatey finish.

Food Pairing: Malbec doesn't have a long finish making it a great choice for leaner red meats and does wonders with melted blue cheese.
